What is conveyorservice?
Ayık Band's vulcanization team made up of first degree belt masters.

What Does conveyorservice Do?
Repairs and splices your belts with hot or cold vulcanization including first maintanance, shortening, lengthening, patches, edge repairs and splice repairs.

What is Splicing?
Making an endless belt from an open ended (straigth) belt.

Application of Hot Vulcanization : After the inspection of the belts, the application will be chosen. The preparation of the belt will be made according to the operation which is nessesary (repair or splice)

The procedures of the belt suppliers or of your own plant will be followed with a perfect workmanship. The best raw materials will be used to get the best results after cooking.

Cooking?
The pressure and the heat required for the vulcanization will be applied with the first quality presses.

Application of Cold Vulcanization : Unlike the hot one, the joints will be done with the special glues, without any heat threatment.
